We aim to provide same day shipping, next day delivery to the UK mainland for paid orders or orders received from those on credit, placed before 12pm Mon - Thurs.
What delivery options do I have?
We aim to provide same day shipping, next day delivery to the UK mainland for paid orders or orders received from those on credit placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday.
Orders placed after 12pm Monday - Thursday will then be dispatched the next working day.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands are subject to a two day delivery service. Any other locations may take upwards of a week.
If you wish for your delivery to take place on a specific day, please contact us on 0141 959 7362 were we'd be happy to make these arrangements.
*During peak trading season, shipping times may vary. We do however work diligently to have your order dispatched under our standard trading times.
UK delivery pricing:
Standard pricing £8.
We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders over £300.
International delivery pricing:
We offer international delivery to select countries. If you do not find your delivery country on our international shipping offerings, please contact us and we can have this added.

Who will deliver my parcel?
Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. The courier will be allocated based on the size and weight of the parcel.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you wish to make cancellations or amendments, please do so at the earliest convenience by contacting us at care@mshdesign.co.uk or by calling us on 0141 959 7362.
As we aim to dispatch orders the same day, if an order has already been dispatched we have no control over cancellations or amendments.
How can I track my parcel?
Once dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel is with the courier - Royal Mail or DPD. You will receive a text or email from the courier with a tracking number to use on the courier website to follow the journey of your parcel.
What do I do if I have a missing parcel or item?
We are sorry to hear you have a missing parcel or item.
For missing parcels, you must contact the courier directly.
For missing item(s), please contact us at care@mshdesign.co.uk or call us on 0141 959 7362 detailing the missing item(s). We can then provide a solution; such as arranging for the missing item(s) to be sent out to you, or we can apply a credit to your account for the missing item(s).
Why do some of my products have different packaging?
We are currently taking steps in our sustainability commitment to move our packaging to 100% recycled materials. We are also undertaking a rebrand to ensure that our packaging is more retail friendly for your business - this means that some packaging may reflect our old branding (MSH), but most packaging should reflect our new branding (Sarta and Sock Talk). Individual products will reflect this in the product descriptions.
