We must be notified of all returns by email please use the following address: - returns@mshdesign.co.uk. If this process is not followed this may delay your return being processed and postage will not be credited.

If you are unfortunately unsatisfied with the products you receive, goods can be returned for a full refund for up to 7 days after the day of delivery.

Stock discrepancies and returns must be reported within 7 days from date of receipt.

If you would like to return any goods please contact us via email at returns@mshdesign.co.uk stating your original order number and the items you wish to return. We will then contact you to organise the return.

Returned items will be inspected and should be returned in the same condition as received. We will not accept return items that have been worn, merchandised, priced, or soiled. If there is evidence that the contents of an order has been used, then the items will be returned to you.

*Please note that all items must be returned with all tags intact and in the original packaging.

All returned items will be refunded or credited within 30 days. All credit notes can be used within 6 months of issue on future orders.

If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at care@mshdesign.co.uk with your order number and image of the faulty item.

Our extended returns policy for retail and wholesale buyers extends only to goods that are damaged or faulty. This does not apply to goods that remain unsold.

We reserve the rights to approach faulty goods with discretion and on a case by case basis.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, please state that you require an exchange on your returns form. Please note exchanges can only be made for the same style and not for an alternative item.

Once your return is authorised it must be posted second class Royal Mail, the cost will be credited to your account to the maximum of £3.20.
